Facilis is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will provide excellent support and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor Facilis solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client success.

Required Skills

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret client data.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in AI and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • High level of empathy and client focus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or related role.
