Facilis is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will provide excellent support and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and tailor Facilis solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client success.
Required Skills
- Experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to analyze and interpret client data.
Preferred Skills
- Background in AI and machine learning.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with SaaS platforms.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- High level of empathy and client focus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or related role.
