Job Descritpion
Facilis is searching for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of our innovative solutions. You will understand market needs and translate them into impactful products that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product roadmaps.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Trello).
- Knowledge of market research techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI and machine learning products.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Soft Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
